· Provide ‘organisational friendly’ human diversity and equalities resources (primarily within higher education, further education, and public and private sectors).
· Provide consultancy, training and on-the-job coaching services to several mid-senior management teams and education, health and social care and criminal justice organisations.
· Provide family counselling/coaching , assessments and support in private practice(specialise in domestic violence, support for families and carers with a loved one in secure detention facilities, work related issues, relationship breakdown, etc.).
· Develop group work programmes for corrections-justice organisations and family support centres. This would include developing ‘accessible’ materials, training staff, volunteers, families-carers and providing on-going external supervision and support.
· Provide useful and timely supervision and mentoring services (management, group and individual) for diverse organisations, young people and volunteers.
